dominick's sushi

mason: call me gross, but i buy sushi for lunch from the dominick's on grand and fairbanks ALL THE TIME. it's no mirai, but it's cheap and fresh and tastes pretty darn good. today i had the "snacker," which consists of one roll each of shrimp, eel, tuna and salmon. the guys who roll it out will even give you extra wasabi if you ask nicely (which, obviously, i do). so check it out. it's no place to settle a bet, but it'll do if you have a hankering for uncooked fish but don't want to spend $25. they even give you those nice little plastic cups to house your soy sauce/wasabi/ginger combo creation, whatever it may be (soy sauce, ginger and chop sticks are also provided, obviously).
and for the record, i've tried the whole foods sushi too, but it was GROSS (not unlike the rest of their ready-made fare, which olive will almost certainly disagree with).
